The SHOT Bot
If you want more of an interaction, click the little Mystery Gal icon in the bottom right of your screen. This will connect you with the SHOT Bot, what we affectionately call our little AI assistant. SHOT Bot is here for you 24/7, can answer almost anything, and is learning with each interaction it has! You can also request a customization with SHOT Bot!
Finally, if you want to talk to a human, no problem at all! We are actively moving away from email. Honestly, writing more mysteries for you or writing 20,000 emails a day… well, that’s a no-brainer. Plus, with the big email programs’ security settings throttling our messages to you, and yours to us (or disappearing messages into random folders, amiright Gmail users?!) it’s becoming more and more difficult to connect with you guys!
