The 5 Minute Chocolate Cake in a Mug!
Okay, I saw this and I just HAD to share. All you hosts on the run out there are going to DIE when you try this. Why? Because:
- it’s cake
- it’s chocolate
- it’s made in a mug
- it’s ready in 5 minutes
- it’s no BS.
Why not try it for your next party? It’s become this viral phenomenon, and now all hostesses in the know are talking about this cake-miracle. DO IT! You know you want to. Then, times the mugs by your number of guests and let it fly at your next gathering. OR, switch up the mug for something else that’s fun and falls in with your theme. Go for it, and then comment and send us pictures of what you have done with this five-minute chocolate cake in a mug miracle!!
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE – by the Unknown Baker
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mugAdd dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 but really…WHY?)
