If you haven’t already, in mere moments you should receive  a pop up window prompting you to open a link. This is normal, and you can trust this download – it’s the one that will give you your game!

Your computer security settings may block the pop-up window or you may close it by accident. No worries! There’s a link to access this download screen on your receipt, which appears in the email account that you provided at check-out. This link usually reads, “Click to access (game name or code)”. Just click that link and the pop-up window you need to access your game will reappear.

Save the .zip file to a place on your computer that you’ll be able to find easily, then follow your computer’s prompts to ‘unzip’ the file.
