Le Chat Noir Interactive Mini-Mystery Game Production Preview!
Hey Party People!
In the wake of the giant file-related disaster, we have found a number of the files we needed and after a brief delay, are on track to launch Le Chat Noir, our newest non-murder interactive mini-mystery this weekend. But, since all the files disappeared, I have to do the artwork again, and took the opportunity to really get into the true character of THE CAT. While we’ll talk more next week about the actually story behind Le Chat Noir itself, here are some production pictures for you to enjoy on this beautiful Friday!
Here’s your Friday recommendation! Gather your friends and get your mystery on!
The Wizard of Oz Murder – This is my all-time favourite murder mystery game. As you can tell by the graphic, it’s still in the old game format (all text and no audio files) so it’s still at the bargain price of $32.99. BUT I’ll share with you a little secret, since you’re a subscriber to our ezine and, in my mind, that makes us the next best thing to best friends who have sleepovers: The game is currently being re-designed to have the graphics and audio files, and the price WILL be going up. It’s the exact same game, it will just look a lot snazzier. Why not save the money and buy it now? It’s a FAB game and you’ll absolutely love it – but I warn you, it’s not for children. Again, NOT for children. So, if you let your kids play and then get offended by the drug references, I will NOT pay for you to have them brain-washed into forgetting the entire thing took place.
The Wizard of Oz Murder
One of the most shocking murders the world has ever seen, covered up with a children’s book and a musical movie! You know better though – and intend to prove it. The Wicked Witch of the East was, in fact, murdered ! It’s time to expose the truth. It was awfully convenient that the tornado picked up Dorothy, Toto and her house and deposited her directly upon the Wicked Witch of the East, without anyone else getting hurt. Based more on L. Frank Baum’s original book than the Hollywood movie, The Wizard of Oz Mystery reveals the truth – the slippers were made of silver, the flowers that knocked everyone out were actually poppies and Dorothy was not as innocent as she pretended. Somewhere Over The Rainbow, Murder Was Afoot!
