A special sneak peek at “Ghost Hunters”
Here at Shot In The Dark Mysteries we’ve decided to play chicken with Halloween and sneak in one more Halloween-themed mystery party game into our Halloween mysteries line-up before the big day.

Hall-o-ween! Hall-o-ween! Hall-o-ween!
This game has been in the works for a while, but only recently have we had the technology and expertise to pull it off right with an exclusive video feature. Meet “Ghost Hunters”, a family-friendly game series with an open format (similar to interactive but slightly different), a cast of 6 “specialists” who will be delivering the information as they investigate (with an optional 7th role). We will come out of the gate with 2 formats of this game: all girls and 50/50 co-ed roles.

Okay, this isn't the actual logo, but it made me laugh out loud so I had to post it here.
The closest game we carry of this caliber is DSI: Death Scene Investigation, which uses a similar format, but has not yet been converted to our new, visually stunning game materials format. Case 1: He Didn’t Know What Hit Him was one of our first games, and still remains one of the most popular and complex murder mystery games we carry.

The first mystery game in the Ghost Hunters series is called “The Moonstone Amulet”.
Here’s a trailer for Ghost Hunters: The Moonstone Amulet
The kids of Rush Summit fear the old Strathmore house more than anything in the town. The stories of the old, run-down house span generations, and the rumour is that it’s haunted! Everyone who has been inside the house in the last fifty years has complained of “odd” encounters, and have eventually fled the house in fear. Finally, the city boarded up the old house and it remains, to this day, closed to everyone.
The Rush Summit Ghost Hunters are a six-person organization dedicated to investigating “unexplained” occurrences – something that happens often in Rush Summit. This six-person investigative crew are specialists in what they do, and each have something unique to bring to the investigation.
The crew decides to investigate the rumours at the old Strathmore house, and come prepared on Halloween night to learn the truth about the old manor. Is it haunted? And if so, by whom? Most importantly, why are they still in the house?
It’s a mystery of other-worldly proportions with an exclusive video feature and “choose your own ending” conclusion that will have the young ghost hunters talking about your party for years to come!
