A Friday Mystery Joke!
My husband told me this joke the night we met (after visiting a number of pubs…)
Sherlock Holmes and Watson are camping. They spend the night talking around the campfire, talking, roasting marshmallows and enjoying themselves. Finally, the opium kicks in and they crawl into the tent for a good night’s sleep.
Sometime during the night, Holmes wakes Watson and says, “Watson, what do you see?”
Watson looks up at the sky and says, “I see the vast mysteries of the universe. I see the future written in the stars, possibilities we can only dream of, I see worlds beyond our own comprehension, I see limitless possibilities.”
Holmes looks at Watson sighs and says, “No, Watson, someone has stolen our tent!”
HA! It still cracks me up 10 years later.

It’s the day before Western General High School’s opening night of the production “Lookout Mimsy!” and the drama department is bustling with excitement. The production, written by student Holly Blakely, has two surprise lead characters – Jock Alex Sparks and new student Isabella Valentine, who beat out the favorites, Chanel and Fergus Ferguson for the roles. The show is shaping up to bring down the house, but all is threatened when the cast and crew show up for dress rehearsal and the set has been ransacked! Who would sabotage the production and why?
